About the Modality
EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques), often called Tapping, is a powerful stress-relief method that combines modern psychology with ancient Chinese acupressure. By gently tapping on specific meridian points, clients can reduce emotional intensity, clear energy blockages, and restore balance to mind and body.
History / Origins
Developed in the 1990s by Gary Craig, EFT is rooted in the ancient understanding of energy meridians used in acupuncture. Today, it is recognized worldwide as a holistic approach to emotional and physical well-being.
